Founded by Nathan Evans, a seventh-generation Johnston County native, the company brings a deep sense of legacy and long-term responsibility to every project. After developing commercial properties nationwide, Nathan founded Evans Development in 2003 to be closer to home and family.

Working throughout eastern North Carolina, Evans Development is guided by a philosophy of Development Done Differently. The company avoids mass grading and clear-cutting, prioritizing preserved tree canopy, natural features, and thoughtful land planning.
